FAQs

  • Is Hypnosis Safe?

Hypnosis is a completely safe and a non-intrusive method where YOU are always in control. There are many false beliefs about hypnosis, like thinking it can make you do things you don't want to do or reveal personal secrets. But those ideas are just made up for movies and books for entertainment. In reality, being in a hypnotic state is more like a vivid daydream, where you remain in control. Morals and ethics remain intact, as does your sense of privacy.

Hypnosis is a gentle therapy without any adverse side effects. Most people are not aware that they actually undergo hypnosis every day. For example, the trance-like feelings you experience while reading a book, watching a movie, or daydreaming are all hypnotic states characterized by focused attention.

  • What is Shadow Work?

Shadow work is the process of exploring and integrating the aspects of ourselves that we have repressed, denied, or deemed unacceptable. It involves delving into the subconscious mind to uncover and work through unresolved emotions, traumas, fears, and limiting beliefs that may be holding us back or causing inner conflicts. Shadow work often involves self-reflection, introspection, and facing the parts of ourselves that we have disowned or rejected. By shining light on these hidden aspects, we can gain insight, heal, and achieve personal growth and integration. It is a powerful tool for self-discovery and transformation.

  • What Is a Past Life Regression?

Past Life Regression involves guiding you through a relevant past life that relates to the challenges you're currently facing in your present life. Starting from the initial scene, we explore significant events and ultimately reach the concluding death scene of that past life.

Your Higher Self will determine which specific past life to reveal, and I will assist you through a series of questions to delve into it. This process helps us determine the time period and social context of that particular life. It's important to note that the past life presented by your Higher Self always holds relevance to your current life. It is not uncommon to uncover multiple past lives within a single regression session.

  • What Is The Higher Self?

This is the part of you that knows all. It is much more complex than the subconscious generally dealt with in hypnosis and referred to in psychology. It is an immense resource of wisdom, intelligent insight, and knowing that can bring real meaning, fulfillment, and purpose to your life.

Your Higher Self can answer any and every question you have. It knows everything there is to know about you and the life you are living now. Obtaining this information on your behalf is crucial to the healing aspect of the technique as it provides you with comfort, support, and greater understanding in many different areas of your life. Likewise, your Higher Self will only choose to share information that is appropriate and beneficial to you at the time. If it is appropriate, this part of you is also able to provide physical and emotional healing. It may do this instantly or its healing work will continue for days, weeks, and even months after your session.

  • What Does it Feel Like to Be Hypnotizd?

During hypnosis, you will not fall asleep or lose consciousness. Each person experiences hypnosis differently, and it can be through hearing things (auditory), seeing things (visual), or feeling sensations (kinesthetic).

It's important to know that no one will do anything that goes against their morals while under hypnosis. You have control over your own ethical and moral principles. If someone behaves in an immoral way during hypnosis, it means they already had the possibility to do so in their normal conscious state.

After the hypnosis session, you may remember everything, some things, or nothing at all. This can be influenced by various factors, such as the instructions given by the hypnotist and any past traumatic experiences you may have had.

It's crucial to understand that nobody remains in a hypnotized state indefinitely. If someone were to be left in that state, they would naturally awaken and come out of the hypnosis on their own, similar to waking up from regular sleep. Hypnosis itself does not pose any danger, and simply waiting for the trance to naturally transition into sleep is sufficient.

  • Will I Lose Control Of What I Say Or Do In Hypnosis?

No, your higher self will never act against your best interests or values. Although you will be in a deep and relaxed state, you will never say or do anything that will leave you exposed or vulnerable. You are totally in control.

If your conscious mind was concerned, you would not be able to go into hypnosis, or you may regain full consciousness and interrupt the session. At the beginning of your session, you’ll have an opportunity to get to know me and address any concerns you may have. My sessions are conducted with a high level of integrity and respect which is a vital part of the process.

  • What Is the Best Way to Approach My Hypnosis Session?

Approach it with an open mind and the curiosity of a child, with zero expectations. Like anything, as soon as you remove any expectations from a pending experience it has the opportunity to pleasantly surprise you as it unfolds.

  • Will I Remember Anything After My Hypnosis Session

Some people seem to remember bits and pieces, but rarely the entire experience. The video and audio of your session will be recorded and you will be given a copy so you can listen to it and digest it fully at your convenience. Reviewing your session and gaining the wisdom and insights from it is just as important, if not more so, as experiencing it.
